Refund policy

At Vetara, we are committed to providing premium wellness products and a smooth customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


Returns

Due to the nature of pet wellness supplements and for safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

We may accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unopened

  • The product remains in its original packaging

  • The product is not damaged

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem.


Subscription Orders

Customers may modify, pause, or cancel subscriptions at any time before the next billing cycle.

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

Lifetime promotional discounts remain valid only while the subscription remains active. If canceled, the promotional pricing may no longer apply.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or partially used products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delayed shipments caused by carriers or events outside our control


Shipping Issues

Vetara Care is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist whenever possible.
