By selecting a subscription option, you agree to the following cancellation terms:


Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions may be canceled, paused, or modified at any time before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

To manage your subscription, you may use the subscription management link included in your confirmation emails or contact our support team directly.


Subscription Promotions & Discounts

Subscription promotions, including lifetime discounts or introductory subscriber pricing, remain valid only while the subscription stays active.

If a subscription is canceled, paused for an extended period, or terminated, Vetara Care reserves the right to remove promotional pricing or adjust future subscription rates.


Orders Already Processed

Orders that have already been confirmed, prepared, or shipped cannot be canceled.
